Rework of the youth system

Instead of waiting at the end of each month to receive new youth players we should be able to look at their stats and see how much potential they can grow up to at anytime during the season so we can decide to keep them or not. Plus we should be given 11 players to view who we went to keep

Nice suggestion I think. Youth academy product to me is just for reselling, not much of a "youth academy" is it?

I only take 0T youth and as soon as I sign him, I put him on TL...nice "youth academy system"
