Award for best competition players

A Token reward could make the managers more ambitious about making their players the best in these area's! Why would you like to see such a feature implemented in Top Eleven?

I suggest that the best player in the 3 areas don´t lose any star for the next season. I don´t see CR7 or Messi lose condition and skills from one year to other ! Why our top player(s) lose?
