Do away with levels TOTALLY

Dont quite agree with this due to following reasons:
1. Limiting a player to growing only 10% a season is very less.
2. In the first method , the player doesnt grow at all (or maybe i misunderstood) and all teams will be playing with exactly same players.

The main reason why I want this levels to be scraped is that I want to be able to play with different teams in league, Cup and CL every season.
Imagine fighting for a league with the many maestros in this forum.
Currently, its not possible because all of us didnt start the game in the same season.
But, with this change, it can be done.

soon there will be changes simply becoz too many complaint in quality different etc playing +1 or 2 level in cup and cl. They start with Asso and now the TM for all level soon we be playing like the Asso thats where they heading. i can smell it.

In Association quality is uniformed (by %) to a very high level.. (maybe even >L60)

So difference between 100% and 120% in Association is much less than the difference between 100% and 120% at level 5 (for example)

A league between levels where quality is:
- Uniformed to a very high level (e.g. 300q for 100% at level 60)
- equal in percentage for each draw

Is a goddamnit random league
