Transfers and recruiting

When it comes to recruiting/scout, we should be able to tell our scouts what we need when it comes to players. If I need a DMC or DC or any position, I should be able to look for that player with my scouts, just like in real life. Our even with my ''Youth centre'' I should be able to tell it to focuss their training on a particular position.

Such a feature might be greatly enjoyed by the community, as, well, who wouldn't like to pick what kind of player he gets
As @Robert Sappl also pointed out, it could add some realism to the game.
