Youth academy

I want to propose this idea to make the youth academy more useful for everyone as I see this feature has a lot of potential.
Instead of receiving 2 players (usually useless) everyone once in a while, us managers can pick a small youth team that can play against other youth teams in the league and we can get daily reports from a youth coach with small comments about individual players (who scored, who ran the most, most defensive minded, who to keep an eye on) to see which players we would like to promote to our first team. The reports can also include player stats (top scorer, most cleansheets) and the growth rate of the player.
No need for any match simulation, just reports from a youth coach that can be accessed by clicking the youth academy at the "ground" section. I still think it is important to have token prices on players though.

That's a really interesting idea! In real life football the system is quite similar - players, their attitude and abilities are observed for quite some time before they are invited to play for the main team of the club. So I can see how such a feature might benefit the game experience for everyone.
