Is it fair???

I have been playing Top Eleven for close to two years now and there are two things that i would like to suggest.

1. For those who play this game like myself who are not able to spend money and buy coins and rest etc, would it be possible to put those who spend money to purchase packs like these together and put people like myself in a separate leagues to make the game fair? It is hard to compete with teams that have unlimited resources at their disposal.

2. The auction system has been improved but for those who cannot buy coins it is difficult to get good players since 15+ coins on average is what must be spent on getting a player of good quality. is there some way that coins can become more accessible to so that people like myself don't get out bid every single time or are forced to go for players of lesser quality?

1) Well, football itself isn't fair.
Why someone would spend token to build a 7* team if every one else in his league has also 7* ?

2) A good, active manager can gather
35 tokens from the daily contract
35 from daily sponsor
30-50 from an associations group
5-10 tokens from those latest contests
10 (or more) tokens from players of negotiations list

How more accessible could be ?

if we log in every day, we open a box.
Two of the 7 boxes (serial of 7 days), have 2+3 token.
Plus 2-4 tokens of the A,B,C choices it's 8-9 tokens in a week.
