1/2 or 1/3 Auction's Tokens to the Selling Manager

I suggest to make a new feature in Top Eleven.
It is to give to the selling manager 1/2 or 1/3 of the used tokens for buying a player from another manager.

1/2 Ex. I buy a player from Manager X for 10 tokens ---> Manager X receive 5 tokens
1/3 Ex. I buy a player from Manager X for 10 tokens ---> Manager X receive 3 tokens

It's true. When you sell through auctions Nordeus is the buyer. They admitted it shortly after the new system was implemented.
Only when you sell or buy through negotiations are 2 humans involved.
