Top 11 should allow the exchange of money accumulated by managers to receive an amount of tokens / rests/ boosters/ skills according to their wish

I suggest 100 million for 4 tokens or rests/ booster ( average of 25 million for 1 token or 1 rest or 1 booster )

Edit : This feature can be available only for managers above level 25 who have accumulated a lot of money ...

Managers who waste all their money on tokens or rests in an unreasonable way will be forced to buy money with real money in order to keep their team balanced otherwise they will go bankrupt and be forced to sell their top players which would degrade their power slowly and slowly until they balance their finance again.

Exchange is good but the problem is that 100 M' is a logic amount for a manager LV25 but for a manager LV5 it's the budget of whole his team.

Could make it relative to the Manager level like transfers. I like the idea of buying tokens with $ as I have $15bn doing nothing. At my level it's a waste.

Good idea, but again will vary with level. Also (sorry to be so negative) Nordeus make their money off tokens, not (in game) money. They want to make the game playable but need to use as much tokens as possible.
