Open a kind of items exchange market (medicine-rest-money-moral)

I have accumulate over 1k of medicine which I never will use (even in case if ALL my players are occasionally injured during one and the same game).

It would be great to have opportunity to change different kind of items. Probably not with 1:1 rate, but anyway...

Also would be useful to have an option to lend/sell (or present) to a friend (or an association member) some such items (medicine, as an example)

Well, it's not right proportional. The idea might be acceptable maybe if you change for example 60 medicine for 30 moral.
