I think it would be nice to add a board that sets up expectations and objectives for the season, with a nice little reward if you complete them,
and a punishment if you fail to meet those targets.
This would make things more competitive.

Exactly, I want the board to punish me when I fail to meet requirements, instead of getting a reward when you take a break for 2-3 seasons.Quote:

Well, what I didn't put on there is I tanked for 2 seasons and took a break for 3 seasons, in which the AI manager got me promoted 2 (I think) times.

I get that you want this to look like FIFA or PES career mode but in this game you are basically the owner and the manager on the same time so I think it is unfair for the game to steal the resources you worked hard for or even paid.Quote:
