Exactly, I want the board to punish me when I fail to meet requirements, instead of getting a reward when you take a break for 2-3 seasons.


Well, what I didn't put on there is I tanked for 2 seasons and took a break for 3 seasons, in which the AI manager got me promoted 2 (I think) times.
