Associations need more work but it's a start.

I stick to my opinion: remove or diminish drastically the rewards. I am a competitive person and I'd like to be in the top 100. But I will definitely not twist the game to achieve that. If there were no reward, I would fight for it nevertheless. My favourite competition by miles remains the cup and I never have a look to the (money) rewards. I just want to WIN it !

There are many groups which trying to stay at top100 or top10 not because of those rewards
