Top Eleven communities

We can see that nordeus trying to enhance T11 communities (forum, fb, ...) but I can't see any improvement about a manager's community.
I mean with our T11 friends. Most of us have few or many friends.
I made many suggestions about improve the relation between my team and my friends but none update.

- A suggestion about improve the menu of supporting our friends (it could be like associations supporting, with the flag)
