But this is why tanking exists, so managers will spend less on tokens.
It may be fun for them, but it's not fair to others that work their way using more resources.
We need some kind of uniqueness/realism or this game will not run another 3-4 years.
Something fresh. A cycle that masks the repetitive-ness.
But the other side say opposite, that the only way of it being fun, is being unrealistic.
So, why would it be called a manager sim when there is no man management skills in the game. Managing emotionless, virtual players that only grow one way, and retire one way.
Don't bash on me saying, "this is the only way they make the money", it is more on that. If we want this game to last a long time, we have to take action.
