    Do something about older player PLEASE. Intoduce ''late bloomer'' or something.

    It is known that after 23yo players start to decrease their growth and I get it this means we should buy more players and keep the tokens flowing back in the market, blah blah blah. But seriously with some exceptions in real life players actually start to grow after they are 23 yo. Yes it is silly that we get so attached to some imaginary dots but we want to emulate real football as much as we can.

    I always want to advocate about growth and performance going together in a player's development. If the player keeps doing better in terms of goals and receives good ratings then his growth should accelerate despite his age. If a players plays badly let him slow his growth I don't care, I have had my experience with a lot of fast trainers who have sucked despite their high ratings.

    And this thing about hidden talent makes no sense, a 4 star player performs better than a 6 star, why not showing this in the overall rating. I have a lower rated academy ST myself that performs better than another one with One on One SA and many other examples over the seasons.

    Please don't let this fall into deaf ears, did Milan sell Maldini or Kaka' after they became 23, did Barca sell Xavi and Iniesta because they sucked once they reached 25???

    It isn't about growth or realism.
    It's the system that you must renew the team, spend some token and nordeus can make a living too

    And of course your players can continue to develop and perform well even after the age of 23.........as long as you spend hundreds/thousands of rest packs on them. We all know of Costa, the legend produced by Nash123.
    And this is the catch 22. To spend tokens on new players to replace 23 year olds, or convert the tokens to rest pack to continue a good players career. Either way Nordeus takes from our accounts, and so the game continues.
    Agreed. Not realistic, but then what about this game is?

    But this is why tanking exists, so managers will spend less on tokens.
    It may be fun for them, but it's not fair to others that work their way using more resources.

    We need some kind of uniqueness/realism or this game will not run another 3-4 years.
    Something fresh. A cycle that masks the repetitive-ness.

    But the other side say opposite, that the only way of it being fun, is being unrealistic.
    So, why would it be called a manager sim when there is no man management skills in the game. Managing emotionless, virtual players that only grow one way, and retire one way.

    Don't bash on me saying, "this is the only way they make the money", it is more on that. If we want this game to last a long time, we have to take action.

    There is no fun in tanking.
    The fun of the game is to play and try to win the three competitions.

    The only fun in tanking is to get a strong team for asso games.
    And this has to be fixed.

    It's not about "realism", just put some rules to solve the problem.
    I made all the suggestions so the problem can be fixed easily.

    It won't be fun until they fix it.
    They won't anything realistic if they don't fix it.
