What's the English translation? I have to muddle through with basic knowledge of Latin, until I run it past my mother (lol), I can't conjugate verbs or declension. A lot of Motto generation apps don't use correct Latin!

HERE'S SOME IDEAS, PLEASE CORRECT MY MISTAKES
Nunquam non Paratus (Never Unprepared)
Victoria et Fortitude (Victory & Courage?)
Fortitudo, Pertinacia, et Constantia (Courage, Determination & Steadfastness)
In Victoria Virtus (In Victory, Virtue).

For my team;
Res ad Varangian Venit (The thing has come to the Varangians), however I know this is probably incorrect.
