Friend removed from FACEBOOK but still not able to remove him from the game

I can't offer for any player of my Facebook friend added in the game, to get rid of it, I removed him from Facebook, but still i can see him in my friend list and also can't offer any of his players either.

- After few days he 'll disappear.
Clean some cookies from fb for good and bad.

He is from a different server.
