Yes it is. Inferior team, he makes up for it with ball possession. If he's absent, a ****load of spammed friends can compensate missing 8% for manager. He totally destroyed me at my home, none of my friends showed up, I could have been +13% and I was -15% in the end, I barely made a shot.




Team support has to be reworked a lot in order to avoid people being **** (this, along with a lot of other problems)
- Maximum cap from +15% to 10% maximum.
- Full stadium = +2%
- Manager = +5%
- Every other friend = +1%
- If you leave the game you are watching you lose that +1%. So we avoid asking for friendship just to ****ing press on the watch game button and leave (that would be a ****ty friend to have anyway)
- As said in this thread, can't support against your rivals. You don't know if you make a difference, but if you can do it you do it anyway.
