More control over squad

Now with improvised formation setting if we could assign special roles to specific players ( tactics section)like man markng a player by one of your player , making continuous forward runs by some specified players, certain defensive duties to few players and many more such stuffs would really get you in the game

With the new update and the lack of arrows and kickers positions, the game is moving to less control I guess.
