Give rewards for top goalscorers and top assist makers

I feel that there should be some rewards for the highest goalscorer for league, champions league and the cup. This will actually give some meaning to the competition there. If not a reward, introduce the concept of golden boot which will be shown in the trophy cabinet in manager tab

I have seen this idea throughout the Forum a couple of times and I agree that it might be a nice addition to the competitions.

Well, I don't think that the trophies appear on the manager tab but it woulb be appear at the player, I think.
