faster upgrade for smaller quality players and a few more..

when we use lower quality players (1-2-3*) in a match(not friendlies) let them upgrade faster especially when performing against better opponents .x2 or x3 depending the *.

older players are underated.give us motivation for keeping them in action.its not possible for a 26+ player to be considered worse because he's not upgraded as fast as younger players.maybe the players should be upgraded faster at ages 22-26 not 18-20.or let them learn SA faster when 26+ or 27+??
i can see age 18 with 3positions and SA.its a joke..........
