Improve the training system

[USARABAT]

As a management game, training takes 50-70% % of the time dedicated to the game.
( 10% for setting formation and tactics and 15-20% to chose players from auction)..


The current training needs real improvement ( for the better) not fixing and making things worse.

New drills / training challenges would be great ...
Increasing the skills generator by each skill would be much better ...

other fellow users can add more suggestions ...

thats because it doesnt matter which drill i choose the results are the same.
the overall quality matters not the individual characteristics.
