I would like to see a more targeted approach to scouting, where you can tell your assistant exactly what you are looking for. At the moment trying to find the player you want is a bit of a lottery, so it would be good if you could specify to your scout/assistant manager:

1. The position of the player you require.
2. The type of abilities he has, eg if you want a heading specialist for a defender
3. No of stars eg 5, 6 or 7 - may also be dependent on age - you could specify you wanted someone between 5 -7 stars
4. Age of player - whether it’s 18 yo or someone with more experience, again you could specify you want a player between 18 and 21

Of course the amount of tokens would depend on ability and age, but at the moment we have players on the scout list at 79T who are 22 yo and I would rather have 18 yo at the same price who has 1 less star. Scout list could then just include all the players who match your criteria.
