A lot of players are deliberately fielding weaker teams/players out of position in order to not be promoted, this is because they do not want their players to lose stars. This is ruining the game! I have done it myself! It would be better if only players over a certain age would decline in skills! Positions played could have different age levels, like a 33 year old defender would start to lose skill levels and a 30 year old midfielder for example. This would stop players deliberately losing matches.
