Fight tanking by rewarding tokens for promoting one level each season.

Many managers love to promote one level but they face a complex dilemma

A- shortage of tokens provided by daily appearances + association level ( not everybody is in Gold1 or Platin ) which doesn't help them in the bidding wars on auction to win new players they need to fill the gaps in their teams ..
B- players lose - 20 % each season ...
C- poor managerial skills ...

To deal with this dilemma, those managers prefer TANKING which is a choice and should not be banned or penalized.

Role of T11:

To ENCOURAGE managers NOT TO TANK , I suggest that T11 rewards TOKENS + Rest packs ( for example 5 to 40 tokens + 10-80 rest packs according to their position in league) but only for those who promote one level each season. to avoid any abuse.

Of course the reward that I've suggested is not so attractive for ALL tankers , but it will definitely decrease the number of tankers and bring spirit and more managers back to the game .
