Think you should be able to make bids for other teams players or even swap deals & perhaps loans. Would make the game abit more realistic & also abit more interaction between managers which would make the game more real.

Loans as a concept is a bad idea in my opinion.
Personal bids might get a lot of abuse within the players so I am kinda in a conflict about it.
I want to change my coach .how i can do this ?

I only mentioned loans as could get you out of the crap if you had a injury & had no cash. Would also give the other persons player more experience.so more of short term not season long loans.
your correct loans are a must,we should be able to loan in/out one player per season.
agree with the bids for other players, negotiation system doesnt work at the moment
