U-21 players for free

Hi everyone!

Why do we need tokens for signing U-21 players from our teams? Should'nt that be for free?
I mean, we are all waitimg for those players fo 20 days and when they finnaly show up we need tokens for singing them.
If they are players from our school, I think that singing them should be free because there is no point on bilding youth facilities if we cannot use those young players they produce. I think that somethig should be done about that.

Today gonna out 2 players from accademy, one quality 15 for free and the other one quality 28 for 24 tokens is too much i think nordeus gonna think a little better on that question.

The quality of U21 most be the same of scout players
