Youth Academy Games, The implementation of Academy automated games would be great success.
- Managers would be able to sign 2 National players per season. Players would have to be 18 to 20 years of age to be signed or placed in the transfer market.
- Age of youth players in squad would be in 2 separate groups. , Stage one developement , U10 to U15, now these players won’t be playing any matches until they turn 16,( that would be way to much data lol ) this is were the manager will find special characteristics in players and find positions for them. Because being a great Manager isn’t just being tactically gifted but also scouting and developing young players. Stage 2 Development, U16 to U20 where all the clubs in the league play a second Automated game with their Academy players only, either before or after or during the league match. If your rank is over level 20 you’ll be able to unlock to sign a 3rd player and scout for international youth talent for your academy.
- Scouting for youth players, they will be randomly selected for U10 to U15
- U10 to U15 , players that are not selected for U16 to U20 they will be lost after 2-3 seasons depending on their age.
-U16 to U20 , players that you don’t select for the first team, you’ll have the option to add them to the transfer market and be bought by other managers, 3 players per season. Players that you select for the first team, 2 per season and 3 per season if you are over level 20. Players must be 18 years of age or older to be sold or signed. The remaining players depending on the age you’ll either keep for another season or drop players
-Youth player stars, Stage 1: 1 to 3 stars. Stage:2 4 to 6 Star players.
Competition cup winners, earn some money and training level ups for your academy and player experience.
