1. Would be nice if we could talk to any manager in the game in private. Or at least with the friends in the game.
For the association would be crucial if we want to hire new members.

2: The better use for the ACADEMY
All academy players are worthless in the higher lvl too. Would be nice to have a 5* player every 2 weeks for like 5-10 tokens. (depends how strong)
The free player suppose to be the highest 4*. (never 3*)

3: If we have a 100% 18-19 years old player why is worthless when he reach the 23-24 years of age? We just buy better players every season when we level up...so our best players will be worthless.
Our best player (just 1) shouldn't loose any star So we can keep at least 1 good player from the previous seasons without loosing a star.
Our best player loosing the same as the worst player. The next season he will never be the best player. Is that happened with Messi or CR7?
