It is better if a manager choses to pay the tokens and the money separately in negotiations.for example some times i would like to increase only the tokens and sometimes i would like to increase only the money.

Thanks for the suggestion, @Mamadgiggs I enjoy your idea, as it is quite reasonable and might better the Negotiations
