Stop punishing good players

In my current champions league, I am the ONLY one lvl 11 and EVERYBODY else is lvl 12.
In the Cup, there’s only two of us lvl 11, everyone else is 12.
You’re basically punishing me for being good.
Why?
Please fix this

Doesn't this give you an advantage? A level 11 player can get a higher team % cheaper/easier than a level 12 player can. If the level 12 player had the same players as you, they would all have 1 less star and be 20% worse than they are for you, so they have to spend more money and resources to compete against you...

Actually not. If I play cup or CL with a lvl 12 player, his 6 star players look like 7 star players to me. So a mediocre 80% lvl 12 player is on equal terms with me at 100%

Guess what. This year it's even worse. CL - everyone in above me, CUP - just one team is at my level, League - there's at least 4 tankers there.

It really takes away the joy of playing.
