I've noticed I'm in a league (33) where the managers average 100% teams.
There are also leagues at the same level where the average is about 50% where all the players are in 30's+ and some can't even field a proper squad.
Obviously that's because they are dormant accounts....but it takes away the achievement if your fighting against strong oppositions and there are leagues exactly same level with absent managers very poor teams...etc in fact your being penalised for being a good manager.

Either these dormant managers and teams should be shelved away not participating, then when managers log back on to rejoin at a level appropriate to their players level....Or they should be amalgamated into the normal leagues taking bottom spots and constantly going down till they are level 1.

I don't want to see a league at same level as myself, whose top team is 50% it's an insult.
