Update "all morale" button

I wish there was an "update all morale" button like there is for condition in the training section. Forgive me if this has already been discussed. I searched, but couldn't find anything.

If you go in the main screen and tab the [i] button in Preparation level, there is a Fully boost option with using blue packs.
