Skills limits

Do something about the skills limits.
Set it to 180%max.
I am member in some fb groups and every one is talking about how to increase the white skills only.
Nothing else.
That’s rediculous.

We know, and they know that we know that high white skills make a difference.
By setting the limit for individual skills at 340% and the team average at 180% Nordeus are trying to find a balance between not letting us develop true mutants (which give a massive advantage), whilst still giving us the ability to open a gap between white and grey skills, and tempting us to spend greens, tokens, cash to quickly open that gap.
If it wasn't for the mutants that are still in the game thanks to past exploits I'd say things are about right at the moment.
Of course, it's going to take all of 2019 before we see the back of mutants created through the friendly man of the match award. And there is the ongoing ability to upsell, which wouldn't take much to stop, but is probably earning money for Nordeus(?).

TE became Farmville.
The only thing you do is watching vids, get greens, train the white skills of players and that's all.
No formations and tactics, no coaching, nothing else.

Only training specific skills is not "good training". It is "manipulative training". Mutants make the game worse and Nordeus will do nothing about it, because money is more important to them than creating a good game.

Money comes when the game goes fluid, not when the teams are stuck full of 9*s.... believe me, the cash that comes from video prividers comes easily when the competitions aren't stuck.
