    SAs Improvement -per levels-

    Add a new system of SAs, based in add +2 levels per SA -so, 40 Cones level1, 40 cones level 2, and 40 level 3-

    Always "reachable" with 2 conditions,

    1- Only available for Academy players.
    2-Option to train till level 3 when players are 18-19 aged and less than 6*.

    Yeah, this have a margin if it's implemented, still I am more follower of contain the AvQ in low levels and promote the Academy/Youngers, but any option regarding this can be interesting
