Difference between Token and Cash

Though I'm new to the Top Eleven, but it's really weird and boring to use both Tokens and Cash while buying a player but you can only get cash for a sale of your own player

The difference is that tokens is the basic monetary of TE.
Money is cosmetic.
Nordeus profit (a part) comes from the tokens managers buying.
