Most emblems in top 11 club inventory are awful .... the option for designing an emblem with few option is not appealing ...

Why don't you allow managers to add the items they would like to sell things for tokens , rests and/ or boosters and allow managers to bid and / or put offers in the negotiation section since it's already closed and dead ....??
