Exchange Items

It happens that I have too many treatments (1.14 k) and I never use them, so they will only continue to accumulate. However, it is the player's merit to have them for having stayed for so long. I would like to be able to exchange between the 3 objects (treatments, morale and rests), even if you have to face some cost, such as 2 against 1 or 3 against 1. Currently you can only buy them spending tokens, but it would be good that among them they could exchange, supporting some sacrifice
