One thing that top eleven is missing from reality is that it only has one team to play, while normally some top level clubs have more than one teams each playing in different leagues! Also there could be an under 19, under 17 Team for the club to generate new talent, what good is the talent academy for it just churns out one average player and one lackwit player every fortnight! The manger's should have the freedom of heading on to the academy and train the players there as well.

Also, the under 19 or 17 teams could compete in tornnaments of their level and this should help us focus on promising players, giving them special training's and rewarding extra money and eventually hiring them in the Men's team.

This reminds me, why not a women's team and leagues and tournaments for women as well! They do play football surely!
