The current youth academy is almost useless, you can't control when your players arrive, their quality or even their positions and Nordeus seems dead set on not changing that, so I would like to propose a compromise that may work for both the players and the programmers.

It actually has 2 steps:

1) Instead of the youth players appearing every 12 days, have them appear on Day 1 of every new season ONLY.
2) Instead of producing 2 players, have 4 players appear - (i) the regular 0 token player - who we are allowed to sign without restrictions (ii) three players of similar quality but different positions - of which we can ONLY sign 1.

This way we are guaranteed to have youth players when we want them and have a higher probability of finding players that are useful to our team.
