Those bot teams have a min and a max quality.
Last stage team (city 9) min quality is 110% if you have a very low q team.
Max quality is 180% (because according to nordeus words, this is the max quality a team can have - https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...g-changes.html) .
So the other cities have 180>170-165-160-150

Check the no4 I think world top100 asso group.
Those Grimaldi. Check their quality and how easy was for them to won the emblems.

You can find many +180% quality tanking teams (must check their top q players)
