Merging the levels in the top of the servers

All the teams from the top levels of each server, will create mixed League, CL/SL, Cup competitions after random draws according to their quality.
But the quality from FA point of view, not by level.
Like we play the asso games or the events.
So one League can have 3 teams from LV81, 3 LV80, 2 LV79, 1 LV78 and rest LV77.
Of course every manager will have access to the market of his level.
I believe mixing the top 6 or 7 top levels will be enough .

Nick, all teams should be at the same level... Quality should drop 20% for every team... And there should be 3-4 league tiers within the level, so the best teams should play in top tier, while bots and abandoned teams at the bottom tier... There should be promotion and relegation... If you are good enough to get promotions, you will, at the end reach top tier and if you abandon your team, it will relegate to the bottom tier after few seasons...

I suggest this as a quick and easy solution for the top lv teams which are in a dead end.
This could be applied for all the teams but still must be some level zones (every 10 levels ?)
For example a manager lv5 doesn't have the same experience, tokens, money, packs, facilities, friends-supporters I would say too, with a manager LV50.

This is a great solution for top level teams but the devs never will do that because
- They don't care for those managers. They have the experience and some good stock from previous years so they are not spending money any more.
- Nordeus doesn't make changes to make the life easier for the players or make the game more fair.
The only changes they re doing are to protect their interest from tricksters or to make something fancy to attract new customers (for example the 3D live I guess).
- Your idea is to play with same lv-quality in CL but they put on purpose the active and high q teams vs +1 lv opponents so to spend more.
