We can understand that isn't balanced, and like it more or less, but thats what we have.
Agreed at it shows here is the average quality of the team which is 105%.

105% teams are fine as well. As long as they are playing within the rules it is fine, but I do think there should be a bit more fair competition, let’s say you get a 120% team in all competitions that means unless you can match that you won’t win a single match.
