My suggestion : if now all association lose 20% point, i suggest top 100 should lose 30% from points
From when I play this game, almost 3 years i see almost same association there, Nordeus dont give opportunity for all association.
There you can see only tanker's, upsellers, and manipulation, but if you decrease 30% from points, you will give opportunity for all of us to be there , for sure in 2-3 month top 100 will change, tankers will disappeared
