For a Specific 4% of an attribute (att-def-phis&ment) opening a team selection list to add the 4% where we want, as when we select which player gains a SA in the event.

I think it's quite absurd at this point don't have a control of which player have a benefit of that 4%.
It could even be easier, adding it to the captain if still like before... a random 4%.
