    This opens the door to a new world I guess
    Can be temporal buildings, to produce X boosters during some period, x2's, 10%'s of some skill...rare SAs and a etc... it have a sense to develop the city and bring there some special ponsor rewards/benefits and academy stuffs too... training boosts etc
