Let's consideer the "Team TrainingBonuses and advantadge for promoted teams" and close them if a team don't promote.
It could be like a "sponsor advantadge" or something similar and it have sense really, and could help to reduce the AvQ distance between actives and tankers if those who promote with 120%+ don't face +1Level teams.
