Did Nordeus take one year only on new addition of Weather Condition?

I've heard that new weather condition on the TE 2021. But I don't think this is truely not what the gamers wants. I do suspect on Nordeus working cos they are making the game what they likes.
The effect of weather will seriously impact on the players' conditions. We will use more green packs on our players. Business idea of Nordeus is very very impressive year after year. I don't know exactly what Nordeus really wants (may be more income for them). They are taking one year only to add this addition of weather. Very very funny information of this 2021 from Nordeus department.

1) weather
2) new theme music
3) new photo of morinho during loading screen
