Career Mode - Unique Trophies per Country - Leveled Countries

Let's imagine that we divide all flags in different categories. (Not our Club Nationality Flag that wouldn't affect the feature)
So we have Level 1 leagues, like Jamaica, Andorra, and minor leagues. Those have the V.1 Trophies to be assigned if we play the career mode.
If we don't select that mode -between day 1 and 2 of the season?- we could have the Basic trophies, the current seasonal ones.

So, we would have 3, 4 or 5 levels of countries where to promote as managers.
To reach the Level 2, we would need to win a L1 1st place trophy, then we would reach L2.
We would keep the L2 meanwhile we have any sivverware -2nd-3rd- positions in the last 3 seasons.
By winning a League, with a L2 country we would promote to L3.
Le countries could have available the V.1 Trophy designs, in general. Then L2 the 2014 designs. L3 countries could be divided in 2-3 designs and the Max. level, should include the major Leagues, Premier, Germany, Spanish, Calcio, League 1... and these would have a unique design of League trophy and Cup.

A L1 country -like Jamaica- could be temporally moved to the Max. Level if a unique trophy is available to be earned as reward.

So we could have fun with a Career Mode like this.

adding this in a KoH would be, 3 Phases,
Phase 1, some countries to choose, so, at phase 1 only the winner, wins a achievement for winning the league. Like Andorra achievement with Bronze frame
Phase 2, new countries, only the winner, get an achievement with silver frame + flag
Phase 3 the same. + Golden frame in the achievement.

In that case aren't needed the 200 countries...
