    Transfers

Its nearly impossible to get good players because a Lv 4 participant is competing with Lv 89 players that not only have more money and more tokens... you wanna be competitive but its almost not allowed and, because of that as a player you lose some interest in the game.
In this particular case I was trying to get a MC 25 years of age around 39... place my first bid and the second bid was 20 tokens.

It would be interesting if each level would have their own transfer market, making this fairer cause now you are competing with similar stats/money/tokens as other players, making you be a better club manager not only on the player side as in the financial side as well

The honeymoon period of level 1-2 managers’ auction market were too good (and cheap) that the general auction is where the real battle for players begin. Market has always been like this and will stay this way - so Nordeus could earn T from us. It is up to us to learn how to maintain a team with the provided benefits.

Harsh as it is, new managers have to adapt and learn to earn regular T-income as soon as possible, and join a gold1 association to at least keep getting 50T from association every season to stay competitive. And also quickly adapt your team into playing in a minimum of 2 well-drilled sets of formations, 1 in maximising goal difference with wins with significant advantage of 10%+, and another in defensive-counter-attacking setup in winning against tough oppositions of 10% better (probably 2 each is better in case the favourite 2 are being perfect countered by opponents). These setups are necessary to win association matches, and also events for final 60T prizes.

With players, there are only 2 types that new managers should buy:
    1) T-expensive 18yo FT (probably can afford only 1 per season) as part of key members who will play for at least 8 seasons.
    2) Medium-term of 2-3 years’ players of age 20-24 who may be part of first team at start, and slowly drop to bench and then sold with quality being too low to compete

Older players of 25yo or above should only be bought as stop-gaps for the last hole to fill in the team, because they cost too much T for single-season use. It is always cheaper to buy a team of 20-21yo 75% players in week 1 to keep improving them to a team of 90%+ for finals, and also a much better team in desired whites in getting the results too.

Winning is a form of art. Consistently winning is a show-hand of skills and luck.
